The Patchin Mills Bridge Explained at Town Board Meeting February 18,2016

The community of greater Pine Plains has been wondering:

When will the bridge reopen?
Will the pumpkins be back for Halloween?

Representatives from Dutchess County government came to the Pine Plains Town Board meeting on Thursday, February 18, to inform the community of the plans for a new bridge and to hear the grievances of people who have been inconvenienced by the closing of the Patchin Mills bridge.

 

The Town Board meeting was in 2 parts, the bridge presentation followed by this regular board meeting:
