Note: This was a special workshop meeting of the Town Board and, as such, it was posted as an open meeting to the community. That is why I filmed it.
However, just before it was called to order the participants arranged themselves around the table with some backs facing the area where an audience would normally be seated.
As the camera is only a witness to the meeting on behalf of the community and is not a participant, I did not say anything. The result was that during the entire meeting, two people at the table had their backs to the community.

The Board went into executive session 8 minutes into the meeting and the camera was turned off. After a 2 second gap the meeting resumes.
